Pineapple Orange Creamsicle Mimosas

We were on the hunt for sparkling moscato to make this drink. I was thrilled to find it in this beautiful blue bottle. We learned sparkling moscato is sweet. We also learned that good red wine does not come from Germany but that's another story...

This drink is probably best suited for a Sunday brunch on a warm sunny day. It was good but we weren't totally feeling it today.

Pineapple Orange Creamsicle Mimosas
Servings: 4 Servings
Ingredients

• 3 C. 24 oz. Sparkling Moscato
• 2 C. 16 oz. Pineapple Juice
• 1 1/2 C. Orange Creamsicle Ice Cream OR
• 1 1/2 C. Orange Sherbet and 1/2 C. Milk

Instructions

1. Add ice cream, pineapple juice, and wine to blender.
2. Blend until smooth and serve in champagne flutes.
