We love this drink! This tropical gin tiki is so delicious!

Starboard Sour
1½ oz Empress 1908 Gin
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Vanilla Syrup*
1 oz Coconut Milk
Lime Leaves

METHOD: Shake ingredients on ice and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with lime leaves and enjoy!

*For the vanilla syrup: Combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan and simmer on medium heat until combined. Add vanilla to taste, cool, and refrigerate in a sealed container.
